These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the BridgeMail software-as-a-service (SaaS) application,
provided by D.P. Software Consulting d.o.o. ('we', 'us', or 'our').
By accessing or using BridgeMail, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of
these terms, you should not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using BridgeMail, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any
other policies referenced herein.
2. Description of Service
You agree to use BridgeMail in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
1. Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any
other party's use of the service.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or any other systems or networks connected to
the service.
3. Engage in any activity that involves the transmission of "junk mail" or "spam".
4. Upload, distribute, or disseminate any material or information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
5. Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, whether of BridgeMail
or third parties.
Transfer, upload, or share any illegal content, including but not limited to, copyrighted material without
permission, child pornography, or content that promotes or encourages illegal activities.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access
to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or
password.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize
BridgeMail to charge your chosen payment method. Pricing and subscription details will be clearly indicated at
the point of purchase.
6. Data Security and Privacy
Your data privacy is paramount. All private user data is encrypted and stored securely. However, you acknowledge
that no method of transmission over the Internet or
method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on BridgeMail, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button
icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of BridgeMail or its
content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
BridgeMail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use
of or inability to access or use the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any
reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is
material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a
material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. User Data
By using BridgeMail, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content of your emails and attachments,

14. Third-Party Services
BridgeMail integrates with third-party services like Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, Stripe, and AWS. Your use
of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
15. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of your account, all your data will be deleted from our active systems within a reasonable
timeframe, although backups might be retained for a period as required by law or for operational reasons.
By using BridgeMail, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be
invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
